General Terms and Conditions – UGSTORE.hu

This document is a legally binding contract between the buyer and the service provider (CONDITORES KFT.). It is written in Hungarian, not archived, and proves the conclusion of the contract through order data. The service provider is available for any questions related to the operation of the webshop, ordering, and delivery.

This GTC applies to all legal relationships on the website ugstore.hu and its subdomains. The GTC is always available at: https://ugstore.hu/aszf.

2. Basic Provisions

The governing law is Hungarian, especially the Civil Code (2013), the e-commerce act (2001), and the government decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).

3. Registration / Ordering

Users can order with or without registration. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. The provider is not liable for delays or issues due to incorrect data.

4. Products, Services, Prices

All prices are in HUF and include VAT. Delivery charges are extra and shown separately. If promotional pricing applies, users will be clearly informed of its duration and conditions.

5. Order Process

The order process includes choosing products, adding them to the cart, selecting a delivery method, and making payment via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online card payment.

6. Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed during working hours, and the delivery time is usually 1–5 business days. Ownership is transferred after payment, and customers can modify orders before handover to the courier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without reason. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing or via email/phone. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Warranty

If a product is defective, the consumer may request repair, replacement, or price reduction. The user must report the defect within two months of discovery.

9. Complaint Management

Complaints can be submitted via phone, email, or mail. The provider responds in writing within 30 days. If the complaint is rejected, the consumer may turn to a conciliation body.

10. Miscellaneous

The service provider operates under Hungarian jurisdiction. The content of the website is copyrighted and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
