Return deadline
You can return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages arriving after the return deadline.

In case of a defective product
If your product has a defect that we didn't highlight in the product title and/or with extra photos, then we've made a mistake. In this case, please contact us via email!

Refund process
We will process your returned item on the first business day (Monday) following its arrival. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount includes the price of the product, but shipping costs will only be refunded in case of a faulty product. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect product.
